We charge £3 per transaction and £8 if sent 50000 or more than 50000 (INR) for the 10 minutes pickup service.

Bank transfer : 2-3 working days
Cash Collection : available after 10 minutes from any Muthoot Finance & Mannapuram Gold branch. (More than 15000 Branches in India)

If you would like make a change to your transaction, please contact us and we will assist you with your queries. Send Money India will charge £5 for any changes that are requested by the customer.

Send Money India will cancel/refund your transaction, deducting the transaction charge. To refund/cancel your transaction, please contact us and we will happily assist you with queries.

You can pay for your transactions by cash, any debit card or transfer the money online in our account.

If you are paying in form of cash, you can send up to £3,000 or you can send up to £4,500 if you are paying by your debit card.

Yes, you can by transferring the money online from your account to our account. Just call one of our branches and they will be happy to assist you by providing you with the right information needed.

If the delivery address is in a main city, then yes, the cash will be delivered at home but if the address is situated in a nearby village then it will be delivered at the nearest bus station. We can deliver anywhere in Punjab, main cities in Gujrat and Haryana. We have collection offices for Delhi and Mumbai.
